Howdy from the slc postmos. I was terrified the first time I went to a meetup and had an entire day to talk myself out of it but ultimately my need to find people I could relate to was more powerful. Everyone is friendly and willing to talk about anything and everything. There’s a pretty good mix of men and women, all age groups and backgrounds. I have never found a more generous and understanding group of nonjudgemental people in my life. We have a core group and then a smaller amount that come and go. If anyone is nervous that they don’t know anyone, come find me. I have red hair and my name is Beth. I’m there about 90% of the time. Kafeneio Coffeehouse: 258 W 3300 S, Salt Lake City, UT. Sundays 11- 2:30ish.
